Download the DICOM Parser here: 32-bit x86 64-bit x64 Start the DICOM Parser and open a DICOM file by either of the following: Double click to load a DICOM file Drag and drop any DICOM file in to the window Right-click to open the pop-up menu and choose 'Open' View the available command-line options by starting the software from the command-line: "DICOMParser.exe ?"
