Flow reserve data collection
The 'Data collection display'-window displays all data used to calculate the FFR or instantaneous wave free ratio. As the dP/dt channels are only used to determine the start and end of a wave-free period, you can hide this data. It's not used to calculate the final flow reserve number. Also all used source data can be hidden or shown. See both check boxes in the window.
The 'COLLECTED DATA' part shows all data collections for each channel. In the image below, 'P1 (AO) [PRESSURE]' channel has 5 data collections. The first data collection consists of:
- a period of 0.364 seconds
- starting from 265.108 seconds, ending at 265.472 seconds
- consisting of 730 data samples
- with a mean value of 80.8681 mmHg
- with a standard deviation of 1.5758
All mean values of each data collection of a channel are added and divided by the total number of data collections, resulting in a mean value of 74.5126 mmHg for the P1 channel.
The same is done for channel 'P2 (LAD P) [PRESSURE]', resulting in a mean value of 65.7392 mmHg.
The 'FLOW RESERVE CALCULATION' part shows data used to calculate the flow reserve.
Calculate the flow reserve by dividing 'P2 LAD' with 'P1 AO', in this case it's an instanteneous wave free ratio of 0.88.

All data used for calculation of the flow reserve, dP/dt and source data is hidden
The image below shows the source data included.

Source data is included
Clear all data by pressing the 'Clear data' button. You can also clear individual or all data collections in the main window by right-clicking them.
Save all data by pressing the 'Save data' button. A screenshot of the main window with the data collections is stored and you can choose to store the data either as a text file or as an Excel file.
