Open DICOM waveform file

The waveviewer can only be started via the DICOM viewer overview window. But, once the waveviewer has started, you can load individual DICOM waveform files. Click on the 'Open' button in the toolbar or via the menu 'File' and 'Open'. Select the DICOM file op choose 'Open'
